Drug Free Vessel - Illegal drug use will be reported to the U.S. Coast Guard immediately
Beer is allowed but no hard liquor. Should passengers become drunk or impaired in anyway, the vessel will return to port without any refund of money. Likewise, the boat will not leave port if passengers arrive impaired in any way. This is for the safety of everyone on the boat. We want your fishing adventure to be a happy and memorable one. Not one you want to forget or do not remember. To provide a comfortable area on the deck, we ask that you only bring one cooler per party onto the boat.
